Inn Policies

Deposit policy:
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to the quoted daily rate plus tax. Deposits can be made either over the phone with a credit card or you may inform us of a check being sent in the mail within 7 days. A one-night deposit guarantees the entire duration of your stay and any balance can be paid upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival the deposit is non-refundable and a gift certificate in the amount of your stay will be mailed to you. If you cancel more than 14 days from your arrival date, there is a $15 service charge, and any balance we may owe you from your deposit will be credited to the given credit card.

Check-In:
Check-in time: 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. We are happy to accommodate early and late check-ins. Please advise upon making your reservation if you wish to arrive before 3:00 P.M. or after 7:00 P.M.

Check-Out:
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.

Minimum Stays:
There is a two night minimum surrounding Saturday evenings June 1 - October 31st. We are happy to take one night bookings any Sunday - Friday evening during this time.
