Inn Policies

Deposit policy:
The Rochester Inn, a historic hotel, is not an advance deposit hotel. A major credit card will guarantee your entire stay. All balances are due upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between now and 21 days prior to 3:00 P.M. on the date of your arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival, one night stay will be charged to your credit card. However, you may change the dates of your stay without any fee but we cannot guarantee the same rate and same room availability.

Check-In:
Check-in time: 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. If you must arrive after 7:00 P.M., please let us know upon making your reservation.

Check-Out:
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.

Additional People:
Each room rate reflects double occupancy. Some of our rooms are able to accommodate additional people if needed, so please inquire in advance. There is a $15.00 additional charge for each additional person, per night.
